Excellent location, delicious buffet breakfast, and modern, clean rooms. The room was well-maintained by attentive maids who replaced towels and cleaned out bins. Plenty of nearby dining options, including a nice pool bar with tasty food. Friendly staff and plenty of sun beds by the pool.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the pool area and restaurants, were really good. The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. We felt safe and comfortable as female solo travelers. The location was perfect, just a short walk from bars, restaurants, clubs, and the beach.

Safe hotel, clean, employees are brilliant, and location is unbeatable close to beach. Breakfast is outstanding, I liked it. Puerto Banus district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and light room. The staff was really outstanding, they were always available. Hotel was fairly clean. The service provided there was good. It was such great time in Marbella.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for short walks to nearby bars, restaurants and the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities like tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning and a patio with garden furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.
Although we had a minor issue with our room not being quite ready, the receptionist quickly offered us a similar room on a lower floor that was ready right away. One area where this place could improve is its customer service on the reception desk.

The pool area at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella - Puerto Banus Adults Recommended was always lively and energetic, with a great DJ playing music all day long. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The infinity pool staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The hotel itself was fine and had a fantastic location, just a few minutes away from Puerto Banus. I loved the vibrant atmosphere and the party vibes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and energetic getaway.
